Poor WiFi is one of the biggest productivity killers in modern workplaces. Our professional wireless surveys use industry-leading tools to assess your existing coverage, identify dead zones and interference sources, and design an optimal access point layout before a single cable is run.

We conduct our surveys using Ekahau Pro, the industry-standard wireless survey and design platform. Ekahau lets us build accurate predictive models of your environment — accounting for wall materials, ceiling types and floor plans — to forecast real-world coverage before any hardware goes in. On-site, we walk the premises with calibrated survey adapters capturing live RF data, producing detailed heatmaps that show exactly where signal is strong, weak or degraded by interference.

Not all wireless challenges live indoors. We design and deploy ruggedised outdoor WiFi solutions for campuses, car parks, warehouse yards, hospitality venues and event spaces. Using weatherproof mesh access points and dedicated outdoor enclosures, we deliver reliable coverage across open areas where standard indoor APs simply won't survive the elements.

Where a cable run isn't feasible — linking outbuildings, separate office units or remote site buildings — we deploy wireless bridge links. Point-to-point and point-to-multipoint bridge devices establish a dedicated, high-throughput connection between locations, extending your network across distances that would otherwise demand expensive trenching or fibre. We select, mount and align bridge hardware for maximum throughput and minimum latency.

Channel optimisation sits at the heart of every deployment. In dense environments, overlapping channels and neighbouring networks cause co-channel interference that cripples performance. We analyse the RF spectrum, assign non-overlapping channels, tune channel widths and configure transmit power so each access point cooperates rather than competes — delivering a cleaner, faster wireless environment.

We use predictive and post-deployment heatmapping to guarantee coverage targets are met. Whether you need seamless roaming across a multi-floor office, warehouse-grade coverage for handheld scanning devices or resilient outdoor coverage for events, our engineers design and deploy the right solution using enterprise hardware from Cisco, Ubiquiti and HPE.

Every deployment is secured to enterprise standards. We configure WPA3 where supported, segment guest networks, set up RADIUS authentication where required and apply consistent SSID and security policies across the estate. Access points are managed through a central controller or cloud console so updates and configuration changes roll out uniformly.

Post-installation we provide detailed coverage maps, channel plans, AP configuration exports and test reports so you have complete visibility of your wireless network. We also offer ongoing monitoring and support packages to keep your WiFi performing as your environment and user count evolve.
